OUR JOURNEY
With de-cipher solutions llc, my husband Chris and I created something deeply rooted in our shared values: a consulting firm that helps people and organizations thrive at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and purpose. Whether we’re supporting a CEO navigating complex decisions or an educator reimagining the student experience, our goal is the same—to create real, lasting impact from the classroom to the boardroom.
For my part, I’ve spent over 30 years as a Project Lead The Way (PLTW) educator, licensed engineer, and architect, guiding students and teachers in architecture, engineering, technical writing, and career discovery. From Berlin to Boston, I’ve had the joy of mentoring students who’ve grown into confident, creative professionals—and I still light up every time I see that spark of curiosity ignite in a classroom.
What fuels me is simple: helping students and educators connect deeply with their work. I want students to feel seen and capable. I want teachers to feel empowered and inspired. And I want school programs to feel meaningful, modern, and aligned with what the world really needs.
My approach is hands-on, heart-forward, and grounded in:
-
Dynamic, student-centered learning
-
Collaborative, team-based experiences
-
Project- and problem-based curricula that reflect real industry needs
-
A balance of technical skills and the human side of success—communication, creativity, and confidence
Through coaching, custom workshops, and curriculum development, I help educators transform their classrooms into spaces where students not only learn—but belong.
So whether you’re launching a new STEM pathway, blending architecture into your CTE offerings, or simply helping students uncover their ikigai—their reason for being—de-cipher solutions llc is here to support your journey.
Let’s build something meaningful, together.

OUR MISSION
Connecting the Way
We Educate
Before my family and I immigrated to the United States in 2008, I had the privilege of practicing architecture and engineering in both Canada and Germany. My husband and I brought our three sons across the Atlantic with the hope of building something meaningful—not just for our family, but for our community as well.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: architect, engineer, educator. But what’s remained constant is this: a growing awareness that there’s often a disconnect between what students are taught in school and what the professional world truly expects. That realization stayed with me, and it deeply shaped how I approach teaching.
When we settled in the U.S., I felt a calling to shift my focus—toward education, toward students. I wanted to be part of the solution. I wanted to help bridge that gap.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to teaching Engineering, Architecture, and Technology Education. My mission is to equip students not only with strong technical foundations but also with the confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills they’ll need in the real world. I believe every student has unique strengths—and it’s my joy to help uncover and nurture them.
For me, meaningful teaching blends real-world experience with empathy and high expectations. It’s about connecting what we know with what we dream, and preparing students to meet their future with both skill and purpose.
